Caretaker Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu O. Panneerselvam will visit state secretariat on Monday afternoon. Sensing law and order problem, Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan and Police Commissioner met to discuss safety and security. Meanwhile, state police likely to submit a report before the Madras High Court on whether MLAs are held captive at Golden Bay Resorts or not.
