The filmmaker’s last outing with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma might have tanked at the box office, but Imtiaz already has his next script ready. From what we hear this movie will feature Ali’s favourite hero Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Apparently Imtiaz has already approached Ranbir for his next project and RK Jr has even given his nod for this film. With Ranbir green lighting the movie, we’re sure that fans of the filmmaker and actor will be super thrilled. Because together Imtiaz and Ranbir are a fab combo. A source close to the actor revealed, “Ranbir will be a part of Imtiaz’s next. That’s not all the actor will go through massive transformation for this film. Imtiaz plans to show different stages of the character’s life.” Well, that kind of rings a bell, doesn’t it? Ranbir’s grandfather Late actor Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker showed the different stages of the character’s life. This film also featured Ranbir’s daddy dearest Rishi Kapoor as the young Raj Kapoor.
