PU gears up for rose festival tribuneindia.com

With the theme ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’, the tenth edition of the PU Rose Festival will commence on February 8 at Prof RC Paul Rose Garden on the PU campus.
Anil Thakur, Divisional Engineer (Horticulture), PU, said the objective behind organising the festival was to create awareness about keeping the environment green and clean and to explore the hidden talents of students. During the three-day festival, various competitions will be arranged for students belonging to different age groups, including schoolchildren and those from colleges and universities.
