The Delhi Police has filed a case against cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir for "holding a political rally without taking permission", on the directives of the Election Commission today. The BJP's latest recruit had not taken permission for his rally on April 25 in Delhi's Jangpura, violating the model code of conduct, the Election Commission said.
