The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday alleged before a Delhi court that Deepak Talwar, booked in a case of surrender of lucrative national and international air routes by Air India to foreign and domestic private airlines in lieu of illegal gratification, had links with fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya.
