Chandigarh: Three Bjp Workers Injured In Firing During Birthday Bash Of Kirron Kher’s Political Adviser indianexpress.com

Three BJP workers were injured in a firing incident at F Bar, a restaurant and disc in Sector 26, in the early hours of Tuesday during the birthday celebration of Sehdev Salaria, the political adviser of Chandigarh MP Kirron Kher.

Police said three bullets were fired. The injured have been identified as Jaideep Singh, Yogeshwar Dutt, and Pankaj Jhakar. Police have registered a case and are probing the incident. They have accessed CCTV footage from last night.

Salaria said, “I left the party venue around 12.15 am and the incident took place after that. I spoke with the Chandigarh SSP, who assured that assailants will be arrested shortly. Several BJP party leaders came to attend the party and they had also left the party venue.”
